Let's Talk Muscles
What is it about a muscular hero in a romance novel? For
women, there is just something about the image in one’s mind or on the cover of
well-developed biceps, pectorals or abdominal muscles. Yes, sometimes we are treated to a well-defined
back or thigh, but the upper torso rules the day.
It does make sense that women would be so attracted to
the well-developed physique. After all, men are often attracted to a
well-endowed chest, a bit of booty, or even legs that appear to go on forever.
All cliché, true, but cliché because it is a typical interest.

One lucky person will win the 2014 Ellora’s Cave
calendar. Yes, it’s one of those calendars that you can’t put up at work ;-) Do
tell. What part of the male body are you hopelessly addicted to?
Always,
Lexi
What part am I addicted to? I don't think I can post that here. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat I love is a rock hard backside, abs and chest. I also have a major weakness for guys with long hair. My hubby used to have hair down to his fine backside. I always go for the bad boys. ;)

Oh yes, Ashley, I am also a lover of long hair. Lucky you that you married that kind of bad boy! I probably should have written which muscle do you like the most not including the obvious ;-) A bad girl for a bad boy. Sounds like you and your husband are a perfect match :-)
DeleteLexi, I should probably start with what I DON'T like about men. My list would be short and easy! But I think the first thing that comes to mind is a big, strong, powerful chest with a sprinkling of dark hair. Here's something that's relatively clean also, their nose. I always notice it, whatever that might mean. Maybe the straight nose is another sign of power. Yeah, physical and mental power are hot and a body covered in muscles exudes that aura.
ReplyDeleteI'll quit fantasizing now!
I'm with you on the addition of a bit of hair, Dawn. The nose, interesting. There definitely is something about a straight, masculine nose :-)
DeleteBuns...definitely! My fingers are forming a griping/groping stance as I type...
ReplyDeleteSeriously Brit, isn't that powerful a pleasure to watch as they walk. Yummm. I understand where your fingers are coming from :-)
