Whoohoo! It's Mardi Gras! That must mean it's going to be a great day :-) In honor of Fat Tuesday I am giving away this beautiful Venetian mask made in Italy.
Why? Well because it makes me happy :-) Ever since my first book came out titled Masque, I have given these masks away. I usually do so in October, but decided that Mardi Gras was a good excuse to spread the cheer. I just love them and love to brighten another person's day. Can you tell I'm in a good mood today?
All you have to do to win is comment on something you will be doing this week that will make you happy :-)
On Sunday, I will use Random.org to draw the winner from all the comments. Good luck!
Always, Lexi

ReplyDeleteDon't you just love starting new. Whoohoo!
DeleteYes! Love a new place!
DeleteHi Lexi! This week we are celebrating Mardi Gras by eating as much King Cake as we can! Unfortunately it's hard to find an authentic cake here in Georgia, but it's fun sampling all the ones we find and collecting the baby dolls! We also have the yearly Father-daughter dance this weekend so my daughter and I will be going dress shopping. I love the times we get to spend together trying on all those pretty dresses and getting my daughter all dolled up. Thank you for the giveaway! A gorgeous mask as always! ;)
ReplyDeleteAshley that sounds like a great week! Yummy cake and girl time. Can't beat it!
DeleteMy grands are on school vacation this week. I will be spending a lot of time at the library with them. Our children's librarian has set up several wonderful events.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Madri Gras!
That sounds like fun, Liberty :-) I love the library :-)
DeleteUnfortunately, it looks like I won't be doing very much, thanks to last night's ice storm. But, it does mean that I get to spend some unexpected time with all my boys (hubby & sons). And that always makes me happy!

DeleteI am going to try to get some reading done before my work week starts on Thursday. Also spend lots of time with the toddler

DeleteWell we are having beautiful sunny Spring weather so I am talking pictures of the Spring flowers and all the wild birds since they have returned. Talking my Mom out and spending time with her doing what ever makes us happy. Reading and spending time with our indoor birds.
ReplyDeleteI just saw my first cardinal this morning since living here and he was so bright! I can see why the birds would make you happy :-) Adding mom and reading to the mix sound awesome!
DeleteCatching up on my reading and cleaning out closets since we can't go anywhere in all this bad weather. Love the mask.
ReplyDeleteYou never know what treasures you will find in those closets! Enjoy :-)
DeleteToday was my first day volunteering for Internal Revenue Bureau. I helped low income taxpayers file their tax returns for free. It was awesome! I look forward to doing it again next week :) That mask is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAnton, what an awesome way to spend your day! I know how excellent you are with numbers and those people really needed the help. I bet they were so happy to get it. Volunteering can feel so wonderful!
DeleteAbsolutely! I have had this great feeling all day! As for what I will be doing, I will be at the beach tomorrow, snorkeling and just relaxing and watching the sunset :)
DeleteAh, that's what I miss about living on St. Croix. Have a fantastic day :-)
